Superweapon
charges in 3 min 20 s
On 16 October 1757 Hadik’s hussars held Berlin for a day and extorted a ransom.
Every enemy building in the chosen circle pays a ransom: Headquarters 120, a mint 70, any other building 40 gold. For 20 seconds it trains no troops, and a white flag hangs over its roof. You get the full ransom even when the enemy treasury is empty. With no buildings in the circle, the charge is kept.
