II. Diktat
Mass, frost and secret howitzers
The Diktat relies on numbers. Its musketeers are 20% cheaper and take 35% less time to train, but they are weaker than ordinary infantry, and the Observation Corps puts 15 recruits into each formation. The mass is backed by the grenadiers’ grenades, the Kalmyks’ bows and Shuvalov’s secret howitzers, which rake a whole line with a fan of canister.
